Main factors of our stable and highly controllable quality: Grains are raised in our own fields, and their quality is fully controlled – from grain selection to crops storage. We own our distilleries, and they are certified by International System of Quality Management – ISO 900.1 The water used in production is biologically active – melted or glacial water. In 2004–2005 total investments in full modernization were estimated at 12 million Euros. Five newest bottling lines were installed: two lines at 12 000 bottles per hour and three lines at 6 000 bottles per hour.
